After spending more than two decades in leading, and building organizations, living in, and traveling to different parts of the world, I had an opportunity to have a ringside view of the rise, and fall of Business leaders from different ethnicities, races, and cultures. I realized that if my learnings could be made available to other business leaders, it could shorten their learning curve, and help them brave the unknown, the unfamiliar, and the ambiguous.
You see, I learned so much from leaders who engaged for impact every time, and all the time. They were impactful in every interaction, every decision, and in every response to change. They simply knew when to make a call.
In 2019 I started Accelmetric LLC to advise and coach small, medium-size business leaders to engage for impact on leadership for change management, including IT transformation, and digital transformation. I advise, and coach CEOs of medium-sized organizations on internal/ external negotiations, integration of organizations under an M&A process, culture, innovation, organizational structure, realizing value from a failed initiative.
